Where is the Listing I Just Added to the MLS?

Many agents wonder why the listing they have just added to the MLS is not showing in PropertyPulse. This is because it can take up to twenty-four hours for PropertyPulse to pull new listings. To ensure that your new listing appears in PropertyPulse immediately, use the Easy Import feature by doing the following: 

1. Click on Listings

2. Click on Add/Import Listing on the upper right

3. Choose the Easy Import dropdown

4. Fill out the required fields.

• Choose your MLSfrom the drop down
• You can do one of the following:

1. 1. Search for listings by your MLSID
   2. Search for listings by MLS listing #

5. Click Generate Liston the lower right

6. Choose listing you would like to import by checking the box

7. Click Import on bottom right
