How to Update Account Information

  1. Navigate to User Settings by clicking Settings in the upper right hand corner of the back office and selecting User Settings
  2. Your account information page will load and you can make any desired changes to your information.
  3. Be sure to click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page to update your information.


In the User Settings section, you can update:

  • Name
  • Designation
  • License #
  • Email (also your login email)
  • Mobile Phone
  • Enable/Disable Text Alerts
  • Agent ID
  • Preferred Time Zone
  • Website Title
  • Facebook Page Name
  • Preferred Cities
  • Business Address
  • Agent Logo and Company Logo
  • Password
