Billing for the SEM traffic program occurs automatically and the end of the cycle. Meaning that if your traffic cycle ran from 01/05/2018 to 02/04/2018, you would be invoiced for that month on 02/05/2018 – after the traffic has been delivered. If you believe you did not meet your traffic goal for any given month take the following steps within 60 days to receive a refund
- Check your traffic goal for the month in question
- Once you’ve confirmed that you did not meet your goal, submit an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to include your name, domain name, cycle dates, and request for a refund in the email. You could also call our client development team at 800-899-8148 x5 to communicate during office hours
- Await confirmation from a traffic representative. We will review your account to confirm that you are eligible for a refund and respond to your request within 1-3 business days
