Require Phone Numbers in the Lead Capture

1. Navigate to the Website tab

2. On the left hand menu, hover over Settings 

3. Click General 

4. In the dropdown next to “Require Phone Number On All Lead Capture Forms, select On 

5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes
