How to be Successful with PropertyPulse

Welcome! We are very excited to work with you. We know that marketing yourself can feel overwhelming, so we’ve put together some guidelines on how to be successful with this program.

10 Minutes a Day

First, we recommend spending about ten minutes a day in PropertyPulse checking and following up with your leads. Please note: by clicking on the name of each lead, you can view their search criteria. This way when you follow up with them personally, you will be knowledgeable about the specifics of what they are looking for. It is also important that you regularly check your Listings tab, and update the status of a listing from Active whenever necessary.

Personalize Posts

Please also be aware that while we automate Facebook posts and emails for you, adding your own posts and emails every so often helps to give you a more personal touch. It’s always good when your prospects see you as a human being rather than a robot! – Learn how HERE

Personalize RSS Feeds

Also helpful in this process is something called RSS feeds. These are feeds specific to your area and market. Because we work with agents all over the country, the automated Facebook posts that we offer out of the box are relevant to real estate in general, rather than any specific area; however, we are always more than happy to find feeds that match your unique needs! Just be sure to call in and let us know that you would like us to do this. – Learn how HERE

Personalize Blog Posts

Creating personalized blogs or even video blogs that can be both featured on your website and be automatically posted onto your Facebook business page is a great way to gain more exposure and create more opportunities for engagement. This can also aid in the opportunity in showing up more often in search engines. Focused content that answers typical questions leads and customers have will also establish authority in their eyes in your field. – Learn how HERE

Engage on Facebook

PropertyPulse is designed to create interactions with your Facebook Fans and it’s up to you to take the next step. Interact and communicate back with your comments. Login to Facebook and scroll through your fan’s posts – engage on their wall and be present online.

Engage via Email

Like any successful marketer, the first step in creating an email campaign is to define your goal. Generally, your goal will fall into one of three categories: awareness, engagement, conversion. – Learn some basics on Email Formatting and Captivating Subject Lines and The Best Days to Send out an Email

Call Your Leads

This may be a simple result driving action, but not everyone does it. You must call your leads in order to take them from lead to client.

You can email CustomerService@Z57.com whenever you have questions or concerns; any of our Customer Support Representatives will be more than happy to assist you.
